Refunds / Returns: Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase based on the following conditions:
We offer refunds of purchase price on new sealed unused products only. You must contact us for authorization prior to a return.
For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds on opened beauty or skin care products. We offer many of our products in trial sizes and samples to test out colors to suit you. We do not accept returns on trial sizes or samples.
We will gladly accept the return of products that are damaged during transit or defective in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 7 days from the date of receipt of the product.
Please take photos of the damages as soon as they are received. These will be required for your refund to be approved. Please contact us via email prior to any return requests.

Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 14 days from the date of purchase. Please contact us for return instructions prior to return.
